ARK for offices, gyms and restaurants
Most states permit workplaces, restaurants, gyms and arenas to stock epinephrine under the same authorized-entity law, and New York requires it at venues over 1,000 capacity. Your state's page says which applies. The people who react here are mostly adults who carry their own auto-injector and, on the day it matters, left it in a bag, a locker or a car. ARK is an epinephrine storage cabinet for a public wall: marked in red at reading distance, tamper-resistant but never locked, and open in one motion by anyone.
Why a stock supply matters in a public building
Unlocked wall cabinets holding a prescription emergency drug are already an accepted category: public-access naloxone boxes hang in schools, libraries and municipal buildings today. ARK applies the same model to epinephrine. Stock epinephrine on the premises, in a cabinet a trained adult can see, means treating the reaction while the ambulance is on the way.

How to get it for your building
The prescription
Written in your organization's name, not a named person's. That is what makes the supply undesignated: it belongs to the building, not to one child.
The standing order
Two states hand a workplace or venue this second document: Utah and Wisconsin. Everywhere else a prescriber signs one for you, and most will.
The devices
Purchase under your state entity law. The free manufacturer programs cover K-12 schools only, so workplaces and venues buy standard auto-injectors through a pharmacy or medical supplier.
A precision point worth knowing
Several states made schools device-neutral while leaving the entity law auto-injector-only. Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota and Illinois all split this way, so a school down the road may be able to stock nasal spray when you cannot. The map carries the distinction; check the row that governs you.

Where it goes in your building
The front desk or host stand, because that is where a stranger goes for help. In a restaurant, the kitchen pass as well. In a gym, the floor rather than the office. Wherever your AED is, put ARK beside it.

The cabinet
$85 per cabinet, volume pricing available. Tamper-resistant but not locked, fits EpiPen, Auvi-Q, neffy and most other brands, with a tamper-evident safety strap included.
