How we handle the information you send us, and what this site does and doesn't collect.

Hosting
This site is a static site hosted on Railway. Earlier versions of this policy said Squarespace in three places; that is no longer accurate and has been corrected here.
Our host processes standard server request logs, including IP address and user agent, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no login, no cart, and no session to maintain. If we later add a service that sets one, this section will say what it is and what it does before it ships.
If you pick a state from the finder, your browser remembers it for the length of that tab so the map can pre-select it. It is stored in your browser, never sent to us, and it is gone when you close the tab.
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. The quote form asks for your name, email, optional phone, organization, organization type, state, how many locations you're covering, an estimated quantity, an optional funding source, and anything else you want to tell us.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your request and to send you a quote, our W-9 and the spec sheet. We don't sell or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email. Our host, Railway, processes standard server request logs. No other service receives what you send, and no analytics service is installed.

Do Not Track
This site does not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We do not respond to the signal because we do not collect the data it governs.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it and the revised policy is posted on this page. Material changes will be summarized at the top.
Your choices
If you asked for a quote and no longer want to hear from us, say so and we'll stop.
