No state-issued order, but unusually strong access: the prescription need not be patient-specific, no prior physician-patient relationship is required, and a pharmacist may dispense to an entity without the user's name.

How to get it in Texas
Two documents: a prescription in your organization's name, and a standing order saying when trained staff may use it.

- Texas does not issue a statewide standing order, so a prescriber signs yours. Any physician can, and in most states a nurse practitioner or PA can too.
